For orders with items that contain Backorder Items (items that are stated to arrive at a certain period as stated in each individual product listing, all items in the order will only be shipped/delivered when ALL the items are present in the warehouse.

We would try our best to adhere to the preferred date/timing specified on the exchange/return request but we seek your kind understanding that coordination with our courier service has to be undertaken to maximize convenience for all parties and as such, there may be instances we are not able to operate the pickup service.
For purchases below S$80, a flat rate of S$10will be applicable for doorstep pickup requests. Additional charges apply for CBD areas, Tuas and Sentosa Island.
International shipping are charged based on weight with Registered Shipping method in order to secure the safety of your parcel shipment. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We provide returns and exchange services in the event of a wrong size or colour purchased. Do note that all refunds will be in the form of store credit available for future purchases only on www.montifs.com within a two month period.
All exchange/return requests needs to be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before you can proceed. Exchange/return requests that are sent without any email notification will not be entertained.
Items requested for exchange/returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition (tags intact; unwashed, unworn and unaltered), packed in clear wrapping bag that was prior packed in.
Items on Sale or purchased from ongoing/past promotions with manual key in of Promo codes WILL NOT be eligible for returns/exchanges.
All requests must meet the requirements for accepted returns policy conditions. Below is a table of options that we recommend before going through the process. We reserve the right to reject any requests that do not meet the conditions.
Items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse/outlet, do ensure they are carefully packed and packaged before sending them out. Returns received in unsuitable condition (missing tag/packaging etc.) will not be eligible for any exchange and/or store credit refund.
Exchange via Stores
This will be our first option to encourage your item be exchanged to your ultimate desired size/colour.
Exchange via Mail
In any case of mailing exchange, the cost will not be covered by us and we will go through a standard quality check once we've received the item.
Returns refund via Store Credit

Return of store credit amount will be the price paid in original invoice (in any case of vouchers/codes will be voided. Refer to 'Vouchers' section.
Refund of Cash
As we have a standard operating procedure, we do not provide cash refunds.
Although we strive to ensure you can fully utilise your voucher codes, Vouchers are valid for one time use only. They are non-transferrable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and unable to be reissued. If you return an item which you have used a voucher on, you will not get a replacement voucher as vouchers are for one time use only.
A voucher is considered something that is given, awarded to you from Montifs to be used at your disposal. Promotion Codes during active campaigns are not part of Vouchers.
We will not incur the cost(s) for any Courier/Delivery services arranged for the exchange once accepted.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage via registered mail as we are not responsible for lost mail via normal mail.
We accept exchanges at any of our outlets, Funan Mall or Bugis Junction.

Placement of prints differ for every piece due to cut of fabric therefore it is not considered defect.
Slight difference in delicate material placement (lace, crochet, eyelet) is not considered a defect.
Slight stain or small scratch which does not affect the whole overall appearance of the item is not considered defect.
Stain larger than a fifty cent coin is considered defect, please email our customer service for exchanges.
Slight colour difference may occur with the different studio and outdoor lighting, do slide us an email or DM us on Instagram to request for actual photo of product.
Loose buttons or thread which does not affect the whole overall appearance of the item is not considered defect.
Defective/incorrect item received We apologise if we have sent you a defective/incorrect item. Do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return/exchange of the item and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If the defected or incorrect item(s) has been sold out, you may choose another item to replace with the same value or more to top up.
I received my item but the sizing does not fit, can I get a refund? We do not offer refunds for inaccurate sizing/fitting after you've placed and received your order. You can proceed to request for an exchange. Do kindly double check you've purchased the correct sizing before payment. In the case where items come in free sizing, do check that the measurements provided accommodate your size and fit before any purchase.
I've recently purchased an item from an ongoing promotion with a promo code from the website/IG stories. Can I exchange sizes? Yes, we do allow size exchanges within our stated terms and the condition of the item. In the scenario whereby the size you want to exchange to is sold out, you can choose another colour of the same design in the size you want. If that option is still out of stock, we will refund you the final paid amount via store credits.
The item can be returned to us in our outlets at Funan / Bugis Junction or mail back to us via Singpost Registered Postage. Customers will bear the cost for mailing fee for returns.
We reserve the right to reject any exchanges/returns.
I purchased my order with a promo code but why I did not get the full store credit refund? In any case for a request for return, the purchased amount will be credited via Store Credits for purchases at www.montifs.com. Vouchers/promo codes are only for one time use and it is not valid for refunds. The final amount reflected in the order will be the amount credited back to your account.
I just collected my store collection order 14 days after my receipt purchase, will I still be eligible for an exchange?
Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for an exchange once it is more than 14 days from receipt purchase. We strongly suggest that once you have receive your store collection email, to head down for collection as soon as possible to avoid this issue.
